Caroline was very enjoyable to work with and responsive to my questions and concerns. She was willing to work with me to secure very competitive terms when I received other favorable offers.

Caroline was GREAT!!! She looked out for my best interest. She was very professional. She was able to get me the rate I wanted and no matter how many questions I had, she answered them all and some were repeat questions, but she didn’t mind at all. I hope I’m able to use her again in the future. She is truly an asset to Rocket Mortgage.

Caroline was very knowledgeable and professional. She was able to work out a very affordable new loan payment and save us a decent amount of money during our refinance with Rocket Mortgage. She made herself available doing the weekend to answer any questions I had. Great experience. Thank you very much.

Caroline was amazing. She is not only very knowledgeable, it was evident in working with her that she works hard to determine what will work best for your personal situation. She was also very good at returning calls & keeping us informed. We highly recommend her!!
