The whole process was easy from start to finish. I have dealt with Rocket Mortgage in the past and they are a wonderful company that excels at great customer service, and Cass is no exception. Extremely professional from start to finish. The process was quick and easy especially being able to download everything to a very easy to use website. You are informed and updated every step of the way....The whole process was easy from start to finish. Thank you for guiding me through the refi process, you are very knowledgeable of the products and very concerned that I was given the right product to complete my task at hand to refi my mortgage.
