Cassandra was great, she assisted several times in getting our loan documents completed. Communications were always very timely and appreciated. Rocket has a valuable asset in Cassandra Golden!!
Everything went fine until just before the closing date. I am a co-signer for my Daughter's loan. Just days before closing, Cassandra sent a text message to my Daughter and DID NOT copy me on the text. On the text message, she told my Daughter that she had to pay off a car loan and a VISA amount that belonged to me.
