Charlie never responded to any of my communications. Someone else had to take over his job because he was so unresponsive. I’ve closed with the help of other employees and he still has yet respond.

Charlie was great at answering my questions and even let me add my financial advisor to an early call. I found Charlie easy yo work with and very informative. I would definitely work with Charlie again.

Charlie was good getting me to sign up for this but after I stated I would he never called really to answer my questions. He was always in a meeting and then pushed me off on another person to talk to after the fact.
