Here’s the exception. As a retired banker (30+ years) and licensed real estate broker (24+ years), I’ve had the opportunity to work with countless mortgage bankers. The industry tradition is to work with local mortgage companies due to the perception they’re best at delivering personalized one-on-one service. In this evolved digital age that’s no longer the case…and Chris Osterlund is the proof. I was first introduced to Rocket Mortgage and Chris through a client who had a previous home loan processed through Rocket Mortgage. With Chris not being local and Rocket Mortgage only known to me as a financial software company, I was somewhat reserved in my expectations but remained open minded. Chris quickly dispelled any apprehensions. From the beginning, Chris proved himself to be extremely knowledgeable on mortgage products and highly accessible…work days, weekends, or evenings.
