I contacted Rocket Mortgage and spoke to Chrisopher Mahnen, who was very knowledgeable, personable, and understanding of our needs, and he said that their average loans close in about 20 days. Rocket Mortgages rate even was lower than what my bank offered, and Christopher helped walk us through all of the paperwork. We got conditionally approved within an hour, had our appraisal done within a few days, in just 16 days our loan was completely processed and were giving a closing date that was completed within 3 weeks from when I contacted them. I was also very impressed with how they did an excellent job constantly kept me informed with calls, text, and emails on the loans progress.
