I think Codie is outstanding!! He did a fantastic job for me. This man went through a lot to get me what I needed and I'm very grateful that. Codie was put in between a rock and a hard place and couldn't help me. He was unfamiliar with Bridge Loans and ended up costing me an extra $800 at closing. I'm not sure if it was Him or Rocket mortgage that couldn't help me out, but either way disapointed.
