I dealt with Colton on two occasions in 2015. First was to refinance my home mortgage from a higher interest rate to a VA secured loan in May. Then in December, we were able to reduce the rate even further with the special VA program in effect. Throughout the process, Colton has always been information, timely, and very courteous in his dealings with the loan process.

My experience with Rocket Mortgage and Colton has been awesome. He made the my refinance very easy. I wasnt sure if I should refinance and Colton gave me all the rates and he took the time out to explain everything to me. Everytime I had a question I felt comfortable calling him and I also got an answer from him. He never pushed me off. If I want to refinance again I would call Colton.
