Connor was always accessible. It was never more than an hour or two before he would respond to a question, including weekends. He's a very hard-working guy. The rate we got was 2.25% - extraordinary. The only thing not making this a perfect review was he estimated when we set out to apply for the loan that "last week I closed one in a few days". It actually took closer to a month, which was ok, considering it was a refi with no hard dates to align. And had he told me the real time, I might not have gotten such a great deal.
