I have to say, I am a finance professional that works with banks on their processes and customer service - and working with Rocket Mortgage has been a fountain of inspiration and knowledge on how I talk to my clients about excellence in customer service and underwriting. The customer service Creighton provided was on point and reflected our search and priorities -- it was also amazingly flexible as I travel internationally. When it came time to decide on a lender, the Rocket Mortgage platform and service model definitely played a huge role in the decision. The product, rate, and structure of the loan was perfect for us.
