So I’d love to tell you every single little detail of how great Dan Griffith is, however, I’m probably not Allowed to write that much. So let me just say not only does he have a very friendly and upbeat tone “all the time” the very most important thing to me is honesty and that’s what you’re going to get from Dan!! What he tells you, you can count on ! and you don’t have to worry or stress that ...So I’d love to tell you every single little detail of how great Dan Griffith is, however, I’m probably not Allowed to write that much. So let me just say not only does he have a very friendly and upbeat tone “all the time” the very most important thing to me is honesty and that’s what you’re going to get from Dan!! What he tells you, you can count on ! and you don’t have to worry or stress that you’re being told one thing and in the end it’s going to be something else. That is priceless in my book. He is spot on, he is on top of things you never wait a day sometimes not even a couple of minutes to get a response to an email or call, even very late at night when the poor guy should be sleeping— he’s just completely on top of everything. You’re never left wondering and no matter how many times you have a question that in some form or another you may have already asked, you’re only met with a cheerful tone and an attitude of wanting to make sure that you feel comfortable and you understand. To be honest 10 years ago when I started with Rocket Mortgage there was a gentleman named Corey and this is who he was —he had to give me some Toughlove a few times but he did exactly what he told me in our first conversation he was going to do ! we actually had moved away earlier this year to another loan company because of an interest rate and I can’t tell you enough how grateful I am to be back home with Rocket Mortgage !! and to have worked with Dan ! Dan had big shoes to fill and he knew it and he filled them perfectly. Because like I said everything Dan said he was going to make happen, happened! I couldn’t be happier to be back home with Rocket Mortgage I feel confident and like I don’t have to worry and that is certainly a plus any time and especially in these times. I tend to be a nervous person and sometimes I asked the same questions several times and again all I’ve ever been met with is a joyous attitude and exact information and the genuine concern to make sure I understood. Every person that will read this, you don’t know me, but I am a person that looks for everyone to be a person of their word because that’s all we really have in this life that’s ours is our word, and you can count on Dan’s word ! and that’s priceless! I want to thank Dan so much. Thank you Dan. And anyone reading this, don’t hesitate to work with Dan for a second, you will be extremely happy.

I would have rated our experience with Dan Griffith more stars had there been more. Dan exemplifies the service and support we have received from Rocket during our tenure with the lender. If he wasn't in, he responded as soon as he could. This type of customer service is something you don't see every day. And just underscores why Rocket is our preferred lender.

To the point, if you want someone who is honest, has your best interest, Who responds always and extremely quickly, doesn’t treat you like a number, and follows through, then you want to do your business with Dan! I could say so much more On a personal note but that would take up too much time. This man is patient , and there for you ! your concerns, worries, questions and all. He knows and does his job very efficiently and will never leave you hanging. there was a man i used to deal with and would only deal with at Quicken/Rocket Who is no longer in this particular position, and I told Dan he had big shoes to fill if he was going to live up to that person and the service he provided and believe me folks, Dan did just that. Like I said, honest straightforward efficient , Patient and won’t leave you hanging ,and has your best interest. I hope this condensed review assists whomever is reading it in their very important financial decisions for their life.
