We contacted Daniel because we were interested in refinancing our ARM to a fixed rate mortgage. He gathered our information and got back to us with the best options that Rocket Mortgage could offer. We had a number of questions to narrow the choice down, all of which he answered patiently. Once the process started he encouraged us to call him with any questions. He gathered our information and got back to us with the best options that Rocket Mortgage could offer. We had a number of questions to narrow the choice down, all of which he answered patiently. Once the process started he encouraged us to call him with any questions. He consistently got back to us promptly with an answer. Most importantly, when it came time to sign, all of the numbers lined up with his information throughout the process. No surprises or unclarified issues. That has not always been my experience with refinancing. We are very grateful for Daniel's knowledge, courtesy and experience.Read MoreRead Less
