Honestly one of the smoothest processes. Was our first time not using our bank and doing everything in person. Dardan was up front and very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get credit in the place for refinance and he was right. This process also started at the time of the Covid-19 crisis and Dardan took extra time and made sure all was going as planned during these uncertain times.
