Darr was the definition of 5 star customer service. Stated early that he would be there for any questions or concerns - he was. Emailed him with a question I had on a delay and within 15 minutes - it was taken care of. Darr emailed me one evening at 7:00p to call him when I could - called his cell at 7:30p and he just wanted to congratulate us on our closing. I gave Darr a 4 as my only complaint was a small one concerning my annuity . It comes once a month online and is always the same. No one took my first attempt to register it and I ended up going twice to my financial advisors office for proof. I didn't think that was necessary.
