When I read about Rocket Mortgage and Rocket Mortgage I gave them a call. I was assigned Darr as my Mortgage banker. From day one he was patient, answered my and my husband’s questions and eased my fears.I researched and consulted a friend in the banking industry. Much to my surprise she was thrilled with Rocket Mortgage. And had a finance of her own by them.
Darr explained to me that refinancing and consolidating would benefit us in a big way.
The process went quickly and smoothly.
Darr was off one day and he advised his supervisor Kerry to handle any questions.
She even gave me her cel phone and I called her over the weekend!
The closing advisor Danjiela was excellent as well.
We closed yesterday at the house- it went so smooth.
