I never had to take off from work because all of this was communicated through the My Rocket Mortgage online account that you set up at the beginning where you check for documents that are needed to be uploaded and questions and answers that you may have. You are kept in the loop throughout the whole process, wether online or by telephone, questions were always answered in a timely manner. I appreciated the honest and great professional communication that Darren and the whole refinance team had displayed to ease any fears I may have had during my midnight anxieties, Someone always had an answer.
