David was very good to work with but as of now the process has not been completed. I was told it would be Feb 25th before the process was competed with the money deposited in my account This is the 3 day waiting period for mind changes

Overall very pleasant to work with. My only issue with the whole process is the downtime after I submitted items. It took over a week for a “reviewer” to ask for more details. I am going to on 33 days and still not funded. Just seems long for a home equity loan.

I would definitely give him more than five stars if it allowed. I have never worked with anyone like him before. I do believe my original call was placed on a Friday night at 8 o’clock. I did not expect to hear back from anyone that evening. He returned my call. We talked for about an hour and a half with him assuring me that he would make this work out. He was there and answered all of my questions. He did not lie he walked me every step of the way I felt a comfort with him like he truly cared about what was best for me and my needs. So if you are in need of an excellent banker/refinance he will get the job done. He is your guy.
