I worked with David in June, 2025 and he was excellent. There were a few challenges in my case to secure a home loan because of the unusually short time-frame. Additionally, I was curious about a mortgage product I had never used before (interest only) and he was extremely patient walking me through the pros and cons. I imagine it's a fine line to walk when an expert is talking with a consumer who...I worked with David in June, 2025 and he was excellent.
