In the beginning she was great. As we got through the process, her communication dwindled and her answers were incorrect which almost cost me closing on my loan in a timely manner and almost cost me additional fees. At that point, I could only work with her supervisor.

On the flip side, there were a couple of instances where I had to follow up multiple times. However, I don’t hold that against her—it was during the holiday season, and she was clearly working through that period to get everything finalized.
