If I could give DeAnn 10 stars I would. I have been trying to launch the process to assume the loan for my current mortgage as was specified in my divorce decree. I originally called Rocket on June 3 and have had no success in getting follow up when I realized there was no information in the email that was sent to me. It's now June 22 and, after an hour of trying to reach someone in the chat, trying to call in and getting complete runaround, I finally got to DeAnn. She was determined to help me find the right people and stayed on the call with me throughout each interaction (most of which still just people telling me they could not find my loan nor my info, but with no proactivity to help). She helped calm my nervous system, assured me she'd continue to help me find the information I needed, and was able to find and send me the document that was supposed to be sent June 3. While I'm still trying to get the right department to help me progress my issue, I feel comfortable now knowing I have DeAnn's number and a champion within Rocket.
