This was my first experience in applying for a home loan. I heard horror stories from friends and family as I was not looking forward to it. DeAnna, immediately put me at ease and established a high level of confidence right out of the gate. Never short on information, she kept me aprised every step of the way. She took her time to make sure that I understood every aspect of this process. ...This was my first experience in applying for a home loan. Did and outstanding job of answering all questions that we had about the precess with Rocket Mortgage. If at anytime there was something out of the "normal" she had a team that tackled it with vigor. I liked her work ethic and the pride she took in getting the job done... :)
