She would get more stars if you showed them. Deanna bent over backwards to help me get a home equity loan. There was a big glitch, namely my son who was very uncooperative, but she persevered and we closed the loan in October. Deanna was always there when I had a question and not just during working hours it seemed she was available 24/7. She is a dedicated professional, extremely easy to talk ...She would get more stars if you showed them. Deanna bent over backwards to help me get a home equity loan. DeAnna was literally a Godsend. I was doing my taxes online and saw an add for Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage. I felt prompted to apply and was contacted by DeAnna. She helped me to discover I truly WAS eligible for a mortgage and walked me through the process online, on phone, on fax, on email, etc. She handed me over to teams in the company who were able to work on my specific circumstances and...DeAnna was literally a Godsend.
