I would like to give DeAnna Tonak twenty stars for everything she has done for me in refinancing my home, but there are only five stars here. I've been trying to refinance for six years. I was very glad that I had her as my consultant for she went way above and beyond what was expected. She stayed with me throughout the process and was the go between person when there was any issues. DeAnna is the person I started my Re-FI with. She was extremely patient with me. I am the person that has a million questions. DeAnna was able to answer them all. She kept me informed as to what to expect next through out the entire loan process. The costs associated with my loan that Deanna quoted , actually turned out to be less at the closing. This entire process was made very simple by her.
