The sweetest, classiest, most professional, thorough, and knowledgeable person to speak with; and he made the entire process a breeze. NO HIDDEN COSTS, OR "OH, BY THE WAY...." Demetrius walked me through it step by step. My first mortgage (FHA) 30 yr fixed was so traumatic, it deterred me from trying to refinance sooner.
