I responded to a Facebook page about reduced mortgage rates and was contacted within a very few minutes by Dena. We discussed my current finances, Dena took my information and scheduled a follow-up call. Within less than an hour, Dena emailed me saying that she had already performed my analysis, and at this time it would not make sense for me to refinance with Rocket Mortgage.
