Derek was wonderful to work with. He was transparent in what we needed document wise and communicated very clearly regarding the loan process and information about our specific loan; this lessened my anxiety! He also helped when there were possible hold ups. Derek is very knowledgeable and resourceful, whick helped much considering we were in a time crunch to find a house due to us moving 4 states...Derek was wonderful to work with. Derek was awesome to work with and was very knowledgeable. He was down to earth and easy to work with and was there every step of the way.
