Getting a mortgage you expect some issues and you dread the process. I can't believe how easy Dominic and Rocket Mortgage made this process. Hail to the chief. Now I know why Rocket Mortgage is #1. Even your post-closed process is thoughtful. I received a personalized email telling me how to set up my account for payments. There is even an amortization schedule online so I can track my progress to payoff. The helpful emails about potential scammers who might be contacting me since my mortgage was recorded was informative. Rocket Mortgage has put a lot of thought into their customers. It's refreshing to find a company who is putting their customers first.
