We found out on Friday that Fifth Third would not continue our loan process because the condo we want in Gatlinburg has a couple of owners who rent their condo for "less than 30 days. We had been in process for almost a month. This was devastating. On Saturday, I spoke with Doug Muller of Rocket Mortgage.
