Why is there only 5 stars when Doug needs about 10? Doug was absolutely AMAZING. In fact, he was amazing multiplied by 100. Refinancing was a scary word to me until my conversations and experience with Doug. He was very knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process. When we began working with Doug, we immediately knew we had made the right decision. Things were moving quickly in the beginning, with us receiving multiple offers on our home and putting an offer on a home we loved.
