Elvis, was very professional throughout the long drawn process of getting a loan that was unusual in many of its aspects. There were times when my behavior bordered unfriendly, yet Elvis remained steadfast calm, and always tried to respond to my comments, questions, demands no matter how or when I presented them to him.
He would be better served if his support staff tries to match his thoroughness...Elvis, was very professional throughout the long drawn process of getting a loan that was unusual in many of its aspects. Great work, the only issue was that there were several other bankers I was dealing with, it was at times confusing. One other issue was I received a call from a company that said they were working with Rocket and wanted me to do a 3-way call with my credit union. I didn't feel comfortable so I hung up. A number was on the Rocket web page also requesting me to call. A number was on the Rocket web page also requesting me to call. It was the same company, when I called they were trying to sell me medical durable good.
