When our loan went for processing or review with Rocket Mortgage is where the nightmare began. Erik worked beyond his scope of responsibility to get us across the finish line. Called Erik with a questions and he has been hounding me daily with refinance emails. Wouldn't refer him to anyone, just looking for a buck.
