Unfortunately I didn't have a pleasant experience. Estevan was attentive up to the point where we were approved for the loan. After that a rarely heard from him. When I reached out for an update he said everything is looking good and refer back to my rocket mortgage account to submit items if needed by text message. Next thing I know I'm getting a call from the closing team to schedule the ...Unfortunately I didn't have a pleasant experience. When I reached out for an update he said everything is looking good and refer back to my rocket mortgage account to submit items if needed by text message. Next thing I know I'm getting a call from the closing team to schedule the signing with a notary and I'm not getting the 5,000 cash we had verbally agreed for painting my home. Estevan never shared the debt to income ratio was an issue but instead said the debt to income ratio looked good. Now I have a bunch of pocket change checks for credit cards that had already been paid off by the time I received the checks by mail and on top of that another check to pay off my vehicle which was never verbally approved. I became very frustrated with the whole process so we just finish the paperwork to get everything over with. Definitely not satisfied with the way my loan was handled. Steven was the miracle that I didn't even know existed. Out of the blue he contacted me and I ordinarily don't listen to sales pitches, but there was something about him that was different. He was authentic and warm so for the first time in forever I listened to him. I would have never thought of refinancing my home to solve the financial problems that I was drowning in. He was authentic and warm so for the first time in forever I listened to him. I would have never thought of refinancing my home to solve the financial problems that I was drowning in. He was the miracle, the answer, and the breath of fresh air that I needed. I felt that he would stand by me and patiently guide me through the process, which is exactly what he did. Of course, after I applied, I was bombarded with calls from every other lending institution in the area including the lender at my real estate office, but I was never influenced because I felt I needed to be loyal to Steven in the same way that he was loyal to me. He's a stellar individual and I would highly recommend him to everyone. He literally changed my life by bringing me peace and sanity at a very difficult time. I would have NEVER thought of a refi to solve my problems had it not been for Steven. I am very grateful and can't thank him enough.
