My experience working with Ethan started off positively. He was enthusiastic and seemed eager to help, and he made an effort to build trust early on. However, I found myself having to repeat my situation each time we spoke, which made the process feel disjointed.

Communication also became difficult when phone calls stopped being returned and responses shifted to email only. I eventually had to reach out to others at Rocket Mortgage to get the assistance I needed.

Overall, the experience left me disappointed. I didn’t feel supported or heard, and the lack of follow‑through made the process more stressful than it needed to be. I’m looking forward to paying off this loan and will likely explore other lenders in the future.Read MoreRead Less

I do not start out wanting to refinance my home, I had some other avenues. I was thinking of going down. I filled out the Rocket refinance online and was paired with Ethan. Truthfully it was because of Ethan that I moved forward with the refinance.
I would have to look back at the date. I started the paperwork, but I think it was roughly 4 or 5 weeks and I am now getting ready to close.
