Evan was nice and attentive. However, he was a little too zealous in his attention. There was an issue on the Rocket Mortgage side in regards to my name spelling. I am very busy throughout the day, however this did not stop him from rushing me on several occasions after I had already touched the docs during the day. I don't think that was his intention to rush me, he was just trying to get everything straight to submit, but it was not awesome to have someone call multiple times in a day because their side of the work still wasn't correct. Word of advice, don't contact people on the weekends via phone unless you have their permission to. And try not to call people more than once throughout the day, especially when the mistake with the paperwork is on the Rocket Mortgage side and not on the borrower side. Make sure the problem is completely resolved and THEN contact the borrower to complete the paperwork. It's frustrating to keep signing or logging in to see the paperwork is still not correct.
