Evan was good to work with until my loan closed. After that it was difficult to get him to respond. I am guessing it was because he had now been paid for my loan and I was no longer a priority. I took the deal to receive a $2,500 credit on my Amex card for the closing of my loan. The original offer stated I would have this credit in 6-8 weeks. I am now nearing the 8 week mark. I finally sent a text saying I would leave a bad review and finally he responded to my text. However, his response was oh sorry different time zone. This didn't seem to be a problem when we were trying to close the loan. He further stated the $2,500 credit was now taking 8-12 weeks to process. I feel I have been lied to.
