I called Frank in December 2015 to inquire about a home loan. It was before I even put my house up for sale. He called weekly just to check in with us when we put our house up for sale and answered every question I had usually within an hour but never longer than 24 hours.
I would absolutely recommend him and Rocket Mortgage for your home loan needs. Frank is extremely knowledgeable about the loan ...I called Frank in December 2015 to inquire about a home loan.
