She felt like the captain of the team, making sure we knew what to do, when to do it and where, checking in when items needed movement and made sure every piece was rolling. Her drive and persistence to get everything done is what helped us close within a VERY short escrow period. Without her, this wouldn't have happened at the pace it did. Alongside Summer, Frank made sure we were set up to succeed, helped point out potential speed bumps in underwriting and made sure we were equipped and prepared to act quick if those speed bumps did occur. We felt extremely looked after and really lucky to have been connected with Frank and his team, and highly recommend working with them if you want to be ahead of those you may be competing with in the market, and are looking for a solid team that can actually get things done.
