I am a first time home buyer and was pretty nervous coming into it. I had spoken to a few other lenders before checking out Rocket Mortgage and getting paired with Frank. Any question I had--and there were a lot of them--was answered promptly and in-depth. I never had to wait more than a few hours to hear back from him, and really got the feeling that he cared. This kind of personal service was not what I was expecting from the largest mortgage lender in the country--he really made me feel like I was an important client, even though I am not buying an expensive home.
