This lender basically ruined my life. I went under contract on my home twice with the same buyer and lender and he still lied every step of the way. I took my house off the market, moved, signed ned contracts and this lender couldnt have cared less. This is the worst lender so save yourself the heartache and trouble and fine another company all together.

Unfortunately, the lender gaslit the client throughout the entire process. The sellers went under contract with this same approved buyer two times. Gabriel did not get the correct information and told a client they were approved when they were not. Asked to extend the closing and still no actual approval and then a denial letter.
