Gene was about as helpful a splinter in your eye.
-Didn't read a single text we sent him.
-Failed in the communication dept so badly he didn't even get a participation ribbon
-Did not even once tell us anything was wrong with our loan even though it was going sideways in a hurry.

Basically use another broker.
