I was wary of going to the highly advertized Rocket Mortgage but since it was through Schwab Wealth Mgt (?) I tried it. - I am older with small qualifying income but avilable value in stocks etc - Greg overcame my concerns and made the process easy and quick. Rocket Mortgage was out of state, which my broker advised against, but Greg was reliable and dedicated to getting everything completed in time (despite a very fast closing schedule).
