Working with Gregory was a joy! I was interested in a refi, and people were calling me left, right, and center, the moment the word was out!! Then Gregory called me and explained I should give him a chance to go over the numbers. We went over what I was looking to do and it all seemed possible.

That evening Gregory called me at home and we went over everything and completed the intent to proceed form. From there the entire process took less than 3 weeks (more like 2 weeks, because we had to wait 5 days for a closing date), and he checked in and was able to answer any question I had (stupid or otherwise) and do so very quickly.

I am a very busy individual, so spending hours on the phone going in circles was not something I had the time for. Beyond the first intro call and the call to complete the form of intent to proceed, everything else was done online via email.
