They don't have 6 stars so I guess 5 stars will have to do. Guy was very helpful right from the beginning, and he said he would get me the loan. I was worried before he said that as I was already turned down by a competitive other company. But he assured me I would get the loan, and it was touch and go for quite some time, and I actually received a letter that starts with I'm sorry or something...They don't have 6 stars so I guess 5 stars will have to do. But Guy and I put our heads together and I said I really need this loan and he figured out one last way and it actually worked. Boy was I thrilled. I feel like I could write a book on getting a refi. Maybe I should call it that.
I must have thanked Guy a bunch of times, as it meant I was finally able to pay off those loan sharks the credit card companies. If I hear of anyone looking for someone to help get them a loan, I will definately name drop Guy Bruska and let them know their in great hands. Guy was very good with contacting me and keeping me updated, but failed to let me know that Rocket Mortgage would not change my deed into my name even though I said that I was going through a divorce, that I was getting the house and needed to refinance in my name ~ I thought it was pretty obvious that if I am taking on all the cost of the home that it should have been changed into my name.
