I never felt like I was being “sold” something; instead, it truly felt like she cared about making sure this was the right decision for me. Even when some of my concerns were probably excessive, she was patient and understanding. The entire process took about a month, and Hannah provided consistent support throughout. Now, seven months later, I’m extremely happy I moved forward. The refinance has had a significant positive impact on our finances.
