Hardy was amazing. From the start of the process to underwriting Hardy was there to help. I felt bad because I was texting him constantly but Hardly assured me that he was there to help. I’m not sure if the man even sleeps. He answered my questions all times of the day and sometimes late at night.

I appreciate his communication and quick response on all my questions and needs with different options. He was always available and professional. We recently closed with on a refinance. I do wish Rocket would default on the right to survival agreements on all mortgages so clients have a choice up front. Mine was supposed to have that but didn’t. But overall happy smooth process.
