Absolutely outstanding! I had such a time with my previous lender and a really bad loan that I was put in. I reached out to Heather months ago and she has worked with me over these last several months until my situation changed so that I was able to qualify for a refinance. She is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and always answers this phone with a smile. I am so satisfied and happy with the services from Heather as well as the process with Rocket Mortgage. Heather is a complete asset to rocket and has been extremely kind patient and knowledgeable every step of the process even when I had crazy ideas we would walk through them together and she would help me make the best decision once my other house sold and my DTI wasn’t crazy upside down we were able to begin the process. She closed the deal in no time! No matter how many times I called her with questions or help, she always either text me emailed me or called me back and left a message. Her communication is absolutely top-notch, especially nowadays in the world where Customer Service generally sucks, she has been phenomenal!
Thank you, Heather for helping me through

I give her 10 stars. After a horrible experience at other lenders, heather was able to get my loan to the finish line! Thank you again and I will be in touch.

Heather was helpful and considerate. The underwriters should live somewhere else....

Heather was great to work with. Once the paperwork steps began, everything was completed online and didn't talk with her after. The process was easy but did take a couple of weeks longer than I expected. Overall, I was impressed and appreciated the ease in which we completed and closed the loan.

My experience with Heather from start to finish was awesome. She helped me with everything. Thank you so much!! 😊

My experience was sub-optimal. My 'expert' was mostly unavailable and unresponsive, and an un-communicated issue with my loan application delayed my closing by almost two weeks. My loan closed, and I still don't have my funds.
