I worked with Heather when I refi'd my mortgage 2 years ago. First , the Rocket Mortgage system is great! All online and efficient. Heather was great to work with as I was planning a long vacation around the refi process and she worked with me to get all necessary docs in place prior to my departure. Then, just this summer I decided to apply for a HELOC. Again, Heather was super in guiding me...I worked with Heather when I refi'd my mortgage 2 years ago.
