I worked with Heather when I refi'd my mortgage 2 years ago. First , the Rocket Mortgage system is great! All online and efficient. Heather was great to work with as I was planning a long vacation around the refi process and she worked with me to get all necessary docs in place prior to my departure. Then, just this summer I decided to apply for a HELOC. Again, Heather was super in guiding me...I worked with Heather when I refi'd my mortgage 2 years ago. But, Rocket Mortgage has the best way! -- They ask only one question... "From your experience and if you owned your own business, would you hire the person you worked with?" It's a perfect question! Heather is the BEST mortgage person I've ever dealt with period. She's was always energetic, clear, concise and followed through in great detail with every interaction and transaction we did together.
