the Rocket agent, Hussein, was very good. He remained easy to contact and assisted me in working through the paperwork.
Eventually we got the process worked out. At closing, I was sent to an office , in a neighborhood near me, to close. Map quest showed the building, as a Wells Fargo. there was no Wells Fargo there. The street numbers were not obvious. I had to stop twice to ask people their address. Eventually, I found a building, no signage, and was a little late. The closing was fine.
I wish someone would have reminded me to cancel the automatic payment from my bank account for the previous loan ! It took about a month to receive the refund, in the form of a settlement from the Escrow.
