Cool, Calm, and Collected. Isaac was a pleasure from start to finish making the process easy, understandable, and explained the lending process for my present transaction as well as future transactions. The Rocket Mortgage team handling my loan had the process done in a flash! Much appreciated! Looking forward to doing business in the future! Thank you!

Issac is amazing to work with! Selling and buying a home is stressful, but Issac actually was the best part of my home buying experience. He is friendly, helpful, was always responsive when I had a million questions, and he even helped me find house insurance when I needed it! I would highly recommend him for your home buying experience!

Isaac was awesome to deal with. By far the best person to help me in Rocket (I have 3 loans with them). He always responded quickly and he has a wealth of knowledge. I definitely want to be helped by him again if I ever purchase another house.

There is not enough that can be said about Issac: professional, personable, caring, informative, responsive, supportive, a genuinely caring person and consummate professional. He was with me every step of the way, made sure not only did I understand but was comfortable with each and every step of the process. He made me feel like I was his only client. Thanks to him I am so happy in my new home!

The process was so much easier than the last time we bought a home (2004) and I could not believe how simple he made everything. Thank you, Isaac! You are unbelievable and we can not thank you enough!!!Read MoreRead Less

Isaac added such a personal touch, that I sometimes felt like it was an in-person meeting. Very timely in responses and answered all my questions. And, a little humor especially when home buying can be stressful.
