The home in a timely manner before the loan process had begun. There were a few hiccups along the way due to some old medical bills of which a lien was placed on my home but Jack helped me work through them getting me the lowest possible interest rate, devising a plan to refi in 6 to 12 months and closing the loan. It's been 6 months now. And after the new year, I look forward to working with him once again to refi to a VA loan to obtain rock bottom interest and eliminate the additional PMI cost that i am paying now.
